He took a contract with Scott A.M.E. Zion Church in Wilmington, Delaware to repair the roof for $6,000.00. HE signed the contract and then $3,000.00 down payment on the job.
He did not start or perform any of the work after trying to contact him many, many times, he changed his telephone number and we have not been able to find him, which leaves SCOTT A.M.E. ZION CHURCH with the roof still to be repaired and also we have lost $3,000.00 in the WHOLE PROCESS.
