Complaint Review: Maurice Diaz

Mr. Maurice Diaz of World Falcon group defrauded me of sum of 4,500 USD. I made payment of $4,500 in September 2013 to world falcon as agreed with Moe Diaz for shipping of three cars I purchsed from world falcon group. 

Moe/world falcon refused to handle the shipping, I had to make alternative payment arrangement with another shipper in order to get the vehicles shipped. For more than 2 years now, Moe/World Falcon refuses to refund my $4,500.

I have written several e-mails to him, I have called him several times, I have even accused him of fraud. I have sent him my account number on his request but he has refused to return my money.

In the recent time, all efforts to establish contact with him/World Falcon proove abortive. 

At this point, I need help in order to recover my money as this has serious cost implication on me.

I have all the e-mail messages between me and Moe/World Falcon, I have evidence of the wire trasnfer to World Falcon account.
