Matte & Associates Inc. and Maurice Matte (“Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Canada, cause number KEL-S-S-128865 (“the Action”), due to allegedly false statements made by the author: hk — British Columbia. In the Action, Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP at: 201 – 591 Bernard Avenue, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada V1Y 6N9. Plaintiffs have served a Superior Court of Arizona Subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity. You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpoena anonymously.
