this is a very elaborate scam.they sent a copy of a letter purporting to be from the FCA stating that they were no longer allowed to trade.their client funds wereto be returned to clients by a company called green rock insolvency which appears to be bogus.anyway i contacted them and to my horror i was asked for £1030 to break a contract to get back my £500.at this stage i realised that my money was gone. i am sure others have suffered a lot more than me but i hope this helps.
