This is the email I sent them: I called the next day since it was late when I got home and was told to bad!

I am very, very upset and have been since I purchased my car at your dealership! I came in with the below TrueCar certificate and purchased a car using it. I was very adamant that I pay the $18,883 that the Savings Certificate stated and no more then that. I explained that I did not even care to drive your car as I am not one of those people you can get into a car and get them to love it and then negotiate with them. Nor did I want to play the games of charging me more for your car or saying you would be giving me more for my car! I would be very happy to discuss everything and drive the car before signing on the bottom line! I also explained that I had been to Subaru a couple days prior to going to your dealership and walked out on them as soon as they started their negotiating tactics. I explained to your night manager that we only needed to negotiate the price you were going to give me for my 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid. We went back and forth for a bit and I was told that you would be giving me $2,500 for the Saturn. I WAS NOT HAPPY with this since the blue book was a lot higher and it was in perfect condition no rips, tears in leather seats or scratches on car etc. But I understood that it was a branded Title even though Subaru sold it to me in 2010 without informing me of this so I agreed to take the $2,500 for the car. It was late when I left the dealership and when I got home I went to bed. The next day I woke up and went through all the paperwork and was shocked to see that it stated i paid $21,150 for the car! I was furious and called Chase at your dealership. He just stated that they did what they could to get me the monthly payments on wanted to be at! As I informed him yes I wanted to be at those payments but I was very very particular that I pay $18,883 for the car and get at least $2,500 for my car!! I NEVER AGREED TO PAY MORE FOR YOUR CAR OR TAKE LESS FOR MY CAR! I was going to go home and write to all my facebook friends and everyone I know what a great experience I had at your dealership. Now I am so angry all I want to do is post things about how sneaky and dishonest the dealership is! I am going to contact USAA and TrueCar and let them know what was done to me. I am furious that I WAS CHARGED MORE then what the Truecar Certificate says I was supposed to be charged. I have been so upset about this entire experience since I left your dealership and have been to upset to even write you. Please respond to my concerns. Thank you. I have sent you a copy of the Certificate I came in with.

Yes, I signed the contract and that was my fault! I was tired and the only thing I added on was the GAP Insurance and the Extended warranty. I should have had a calculator on me to add everything up! YOU ARE RIGHT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TRUSTED THAT WHAT THEY WROTE WOULD BE THE TRUTH! I did not have a calculator on me and took their word that they were giving it to me at the price that TRUCAR had already neogotiated with USAA! I NEVER THOUGHT THAT A TRUCAR CERTIFIED DEALER WOULD DO THAT! I am talking to Trucar also to insure that they are not allowed to do this to anyone else! YES THIS WAS A RIP OFF!!!

You keep saying you didn't agree to this new price.  Guess what?  You most certainly did!  Tell all your FB friends how it was YOU who failed to use common sense by reading what you were signing BEFORE you signed it!!!  In other word, YOU obligated yourself to terms and conditions in legally binding documents WITHOUT even checking out what those terms and conditions were!  You can be as furious as you want, jump up and down each hour, on the hour, cry, whine, wail and stomp your feet but the bottom line is they have a signed contract which you agreed to! Did they play any funny business, especially with add-on, bogus, phony fees or other con-games?  Who knows, because it was YOU who agreed to it all.  Of course, YOU could have avoided this by reading the contract and objecting to those terms rather than not even paying attention to them.

NO RIPOFF HERE--Complainer failed to read contract BEFORE agreeing to said terms.
