Complaint Review: max horizon

max horizon sent me a making money packet in the mail in april 2002. i read it and it seems to be promising, so i gave them my check for 39.99 + tax and within weeks i received my packet.

i read it and it took me awhile to understand it, but after i found out what it was all about, i did exactly what it said. i waited about 2 months later and i havent received any money to make booklets.

it said that if it wasnt working that i could get my money back (100% guaranteed). so on 7-26-02 i went to my post office to send the package back and the post office gave me a confirmation notice to let me know when they got my package. i called the post office and they received my package on 7-29-02 at 10:06a.m. and i havent seen my refund check in the mail yet.
