I traded a 2007 Suzuki Dualsport motorcycle for a 2007 Suzuki dirtbike. There was no cost involved since it was a straight trade. Not even a month after the bike was brought home the engine seized while I was riding the bike. I took the bike back to Max RPM and the owner (Dave) had the bike looked at. I was told that the damage to the bike could not have been done by me and came into his shop that way. At that point I was told by the owner (Dave) that he would repair the engine because "no bike comes off his lot in that condition". Because of this he would repair the bike free of charge and not to feel obligated to pay for it. I have waited over a month for it to be fixed after being told it would only take a week to be fixed. I went to Max RPM today and was told that I had to pay $300 dollars or they would not release the bike and give them a title release form for the bike I traded that they sold two days after the trade. We went to the Department of Licensing and the title for the bike I traded to them had already changed to the new owner. I inquired about the bike I had purchased and the title paperwork still has not been processed by Max RPM. I feel as though they are holding my bike for $300 before they turn over the title when I was promised the bike was in great shape and then they said they would fix it for free.
