I called on Dec 1st to cancel. On Dec. 4th the company billed me for another bottle of acai slim. I called them to have them return my money. The guy I talked to said the bottle had already been mailed out and I had to return it when I received it to get a refund.

I waited until January and the product never came. I called them back and they said they could see the bottle was never sent and that I was charged but because a month had passed they weren't going to return my money. Even though they could see I had cancelled before I was charged.

They refuse to let me speak to a manager or get my money back. They wouldn't even tell me the company name I had to find out from my bank statement.
