At the other company, because Tessa did so very well and worked hard and long for the small crappy company, the owner, Natasha Thompson of Los Angeles , California owned her a lot of back-pay. Tessa was gracious enough to wait on the pay. However, the sicko owner took advantage of Tessa's kindness and decided not to pay her at all, and so the owner, in order to get rid of her, had her arrested on false charges. Also, there was a very bitterly jealous co-worker, an ex-prostitute of 45 years old, by the name of Christine Nasalski, a nasty s***k residing in Sherman Oaks, California.
Christine Nasalski was so very angry about Tessa's accomplishments that she was the one who actually suggested that the owner file the false criminal charges against Tessa and not pay her. So that's the story there.
By the way, to prove that cheaters and whores and fraudsters, like Thompson and Nasalski, never win or always lose out in the end, eventually Thompson went out of business, and both Thompson and Nasalski were out of jobs, etc.
Now back to the other scam company, Visionstar:
Tessa applied for and was offered a no-pay telemarketing job there. The only pay she received was for sales(because the 2 brothers are also lowly Middle Eastern scam boys who cheated their unsuspecting employees.
In short time, Tessa went to work and really worked very hard, again, and made many(HONEST) sales.
In fact, all of her sales were honest and high volume.
Her customers never ever complained about her.
And the 2 owners/brothers and the male manager and female administrator, Candy, were all very happy with her.
But, of course, the jealousy of her co-workers sprang up again.
Being that this was just another telemarketing and thus high-competition job, her co-workers hated her success.
And note that some of those co-workers had also previously worked at the same previous company that Tessa had---so they completely knew of her unfortunate situation.And they were quick to take advantage of this knowledge, by running to the 2 crooked brothers and telling them everything.
Furthermore, they also reported to Thompson that she was now at this new location, so Thompson, too, called the 2 brothers to slander Tessa.
The 2 brothers, Anav, now knew that they, too, had a way to illegaly not pay Tessa the money that she had honestly earned and that they owed her. They figuered that they would pocket the money they owed her.
But that's how utterly stupid these 2 effing crooks were:
By not paying her and then firing her, for no reason, they lost the only great worker they had and the only worker who was actually making money for them. Afterall, all the other workers were slackers and losers who could not make a sale to save their worthless lives.
So they fired this poor girl.
But this poor girl was far from stupid.
She hired an attorney and got her share.
And after that?
After that, the 2 crooks, Anav, actually phoned her several times--and yes, she fully recorded these calls, with their consent---and begged and begged her to return.
Of course, she refused to ever return. She just kept them on the phone long enough to record their desperate stupidity and admissions of having unjustly accused and fired her and their admissions that she had never done anything wrong at any time, and then she refused to return and then she hung up.
As for all these other "rebuttals" by some jack-a*s who has refused to reveal his real name and hence cowardly hides behind fake names like "Jones" and "Rob", well I know who he is.
He's a loser and now homeless a*s who cannot obtain a job(or a woman) anywhere.
As for Visionstar:
Note that the 2 crooks, Anav, not only owned the scam business, Nutri Advantage that sold the Maxgain line of male enhancement that has caused strokes and death in so many men, but, UNDER THE VERY SMAE ROOF, ALSO OWN ANOTHER SCAM COMPANY THAT SELLS PHONY MEMBERSHIPS FOR POOR HOMEOWNERS TO GET MORTGAGES.
They had hired many students and homeless fraks to sit in the very same office and make daily outgoing calls to victims, homeowners and scam them by taking their money and enrolling them into "memberships", while falsely promising them "mortgages".
So what does this tell you?
Scams abound.

I worked at this company for over a year and all this is a bunch of crap. None of it is true.

She is just a disgruntled employee.

The guy, "John Jones" is a wack-job.
I should know, because I used to work for the company that has caused do much controversy.
In small time, this company will go out business, and the kook who wrote a so-called rebuttal, slandering the young lady, will be out of work as well. And he will NOT get hired anywhere else.
This guy used to work for another shady telemarketing business, where he did any and everything, including over billing customers, to cheat them and thus increase his own commissions.
Talk about fraudulent business practices----more like a crime ring.
And eventhough he was committing fraud there, his bosses kicked him out. He couldn't even make it at a place like that.
As one can tell, he has not had so much as a decent track record. Thus, he spends time cutting others down.
This is a pathetic  loser, who uses this site( and who knows what else) as a forum for his sexual frustrations( of which he has many).
Dear "John Jones": Get some help. Then go see an M.D. for a penile implant-----since Maxgain doesn't do any good.
And the next time, you file a report to someone else's report, come out, come out, wherever you are, coward, and give us a good look.
Oh, wait, all we have to do is walk into Visionstar's office, at:3255 Wilshire boulevard---suite 701,   Los Angeles, California and pay you a visit.

The man by the supposed name: John Jones, who wrote a rebuttal to the report about the company: Max Gain, is actually a fraud.
He has declined to disclose his real name, because this individual ,too, has major erectile dysfunction.
He is not yet 55 years old, however, as they say: HE CANNOT GET IT UP.
He is an employee of the company: Visionstar, that sells the harmful product, Maxgain.
During his time at Visionstar, the company provided him with free bottles of Maxgain, the Male Enhancement pills.
But even with the "upgraded" pills, he still had major sexual dysfunction(that's what happens when a man is very much overweight and eats like a garbage disposal and refuses to take care of himself----but that should be a non-issue for this particular man, as his lack of looks prevents him from getting dates).
The reason he has made slanderous remarks( disguised as a "rebuttal"----endorsed by his bosses at Visionstar, who figured if he wrote a slightly unfavorable report about their product, then the rebuttal might sound somewhat credible), is that when the former employee was there and he asked her on a date, she refuse him point blank.
Vindication has come in the form of slander, on this review board.
It's too bad that this man refuses to reveal himself, as this hiding behind the phony name: John Jones, gives him no validation or credibility.
In fact, he has taken the credit card numbers of several FORMER customers, at that company, and ordered more pills for them , without their authorization.
The company owners have allowed him to do so because they have become desperate for sales---that should say a lot about the state of this business.
In fact, just after the owners unjustly fired the woman, one of them: Mark Anav, called her only 2 days later, and stated that he was mistaken and has realized that she did nothing wrong, whatsoever, and literally urged her to return.
She absolutely refused. And at about the same time, she had received a job offer at another company , where she currently does a higher volume of HONEST business and makes far better wages.
An actual recording was made of Anav's call to this woman. Yes, she recorded his call, the entire time.
When he called her, she told him to hang in while she pulled her car over and turned her car off. Meanwhile, she got her second cell phone, got him back on the first phone, and proceeded to record EVERYTHING.
And since SHE is credible, any reader may contact her at the provided e mail, or write her in order to listen to that recording.
Not everyone is as dumb or unprepared as the proverbial doorknob---or, in this case, as the phony man who cowardly wrote the "rebuttal."
The man, under the phony name, who has submitted the slanderous rebuttal, is CLEARLY a liar and bitter and just plain mentally unstable( IF he even deserves that much credit).
After all, since the company is in fact so unscrupulous, then WHY oh WHY is he STILL WORKING for that SAME company to this day?

Most of what Tessa says is inaccurate - this is because she was fired when the company found out she had been arrested at another "male enhancement" scam company. When I say arrested, the police actually dragged her out in handcuffs. She had left another company and had stolen the credit card information from customers when she left, and was using it at her new company.

After she was arrested she applied for and got a job at VisionStar (NA Vitamins or Nutra Advantage) selling MaxGain. They never did any background check, just asked if she could sell "di**pills to dumba**es" and got her on the phone. She was observed a couple of times by the other agents writing in her notebook, and concerns were voiced that she was writing down customer and credit card info. It was ignored. 

Finally management was informed by another employee that she had been arrested and was given a link to her name (Violet in reality - not Tessa) where they read the criminal complaint on her. She was fired, BUT the company never took her notebooks which contained names, phone numbers and credit card information including the CVV2 security code.  This information is still in her possession and the company never did any report to her customers that their information is compromised.

As for the product, in the 5 months I worked there, the majority of customers never got any results, and with their new formula - most people report side affects such as headaches, stomachaches, shakes, sweats, nervous problems, you name it.  A few customers stated that the product actually prevented them from getting erections. 

In reality all male enhancement supplements are scams, take it from someone who sold them for more than a few years. none of them work. Buy them cheap at 7/11 first to see how they work.

As for the potential credit card fraud - I would advise you to call your credit card company and get a new number as well as calling the LA District Attorney to file a complaint against VisionStar for not disclosing the potential credit card fraud to its customers.
