Hello,

Do not waste your time and money with any Maxim offices. They suck. Why do I say that?

1.  They really have no clue as to their supposed stock in trade- healthcare personnel placement. 

2.  Never mind that their office staffs are rude, indifferent and outright liars.

3.  Their official initial bait and switch come-on is " Sure we have many nurses avaialable for the day(s) you need". Then you will be so screwed, so don't bite.  Why? ..

4.  Their nurses don't show!!

5.  Then, we must either proceed under-staffed or cancel our ASC schedule altogether.

6.  Does Maxim care, apologize or, or even call to discuss the matter?  Absolutely not.....

7.  They act incredibly indifferent. Refuse to talk with our staff, and even go so far as to hang the phone upon us after the initial "hello".

 

The  CEO, a Mr. Bill Butz, ( aka Bill Putz ?)  similarly shows not a whit of interest in the conduct of his off-site employees. In fact, the proverbial fish always rots from the head first, doesn't it?

 

We are a full service busy ASC and we have used many RN placement agencies over the years. Maxim is a joke. 

We have never ever complained about a placement company in 3 decades. 

 

Without a doubt, we can attest that Maximn sucks.
