Complaint Review: Maxim Magazine - Natinal Mgazine Exchange(NME)

I once dealt with the NME, I was informed if unsatisfied I would recieve a full refund. I was cheerfully granted a complete refund, however Ive noticed something peculiar.
I am on the DO NOT CALL list and I keep receiving calls from 800-362-0796. After some research I find it to the maxim magazine(NME)?. when I had originally made the order I requested not to ever receive telemarketing calls,I was told it wouldnt happen.

Ive contacted the NME directly and requested to be completely removed from marketing calls and theve admitted it is in record that I was noted as a no call client when the account first began. I am on the DO NOT CALL list and I keep receiving calls from 800-362-0796 all different random times. When I do pick up the phone,I get totally hung up on. A special note to pay attention to... that stupid number does Not allow me to call it.
What else am I to do?

This IS Illegal and I have fought tooth and nail in the past to get ON the do not call list and have peace and quiet at home. I shall do everything in My power to make even on this. I certainly hope the right person sees this and helps me collect the reward of $500 for penalty of telemarketing harrassment. I am Not a happy citizen over this. When is the madness going to stop?
