Good Morning, My former employer is refusing to pay me since I decided to resign from my position with his Trucking company. This is for a run that I did from Phoenix, Arizona to Bloomington, CA (320mi) and back to Phoenix, AZ This was a team run, he paid the other driver but is refusing to pay me for my labor and wages. Load was never abandoned, job was completed. I turned in my resignation and employer wanted me to continue working but I decided to move on. Formerly employer was upset because I know longer wanted to work with him so he decided to withhold my earned wages. I had to get labor law involved to have him to pay me for my earned wage’s. Thank you.
