Complaint Review: Maximizer Health Products

i ordered this product for a friend who didn't have a credit card. i asked the lady taking the order if this was the only shipment she said yes, the product arrived, all waz well. the next month another bottle was charged to my credit card and this kept up for 3 weeks before i notoiced- i called to cancell and they gave me a song and dance about how i agreed to some type of contract, bull

they said at my cost i could return the unused bottles, i got the from my friend and sent them back that was almost 9 months ago, every time i call i get put on hold for extremely long periods of time and get many different excuses as to why i havn't been refunded or it is scedualed to be refunded on... so i wait and still no refund.... is this legal??? they have there product back and i want my money. By the way the other bottles that arrived came with a $71.00 charge.
