Complaint Review: Maximum-Beauty

Placed an on-line order for two products on 11/19/04 for $33.90 and have never received my order. My account was charged this amount on 11/21/04. I have tried to email numerous times, with no response. My email confirmation says purchase order received and awaitng payment confirmation. Today, when I go to their website to track my order for a status, it states the following for my order #**************:

No Maximum Internet Stores secure online purchase orders were found that were associated with the 'Order-Confirmation Invoice#' that you submitted.

This company is a scam and a ripoff. Don't waste your money!!!!
