on 9/21/17, my debit account was charged 79.99. I called the number immediately and cancelled my membership. However, they said product had already shipped. So, they said when it arrives, just send it back for a refund. I never received it! I was charged 79.99 for a product I never received. I've called 2 numbers (with same recording) and tried all of the options available in order to speak with someone, but call is always dropped. So, I have no product and my bank account is 79.99 short now.
