I didn't even fill out a payday loan online. I have had an fraud issue for the past several months and I have reported this to the credit bureaus. I am looking at my account online I have NSF due to a $79.95 from Platinum Srv. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. I call the Platinum Srv customer service line and the rep is telling me that I did fill out a application for their credit card. I continued to inform her that this was not done by me. Of course I am hung up on several times. And finally I get this lady that I can not understand and she doesn't understand me ( no offense ). So she tells me that I need to fill out a police report (which I did) and get a print out with the charge from my bank in order for them to fill out some papers dealing with fraud. First of all why am I the one having to do all the work. If I call you and tell you that I did not accept any credit card why do I treated like I am just pulling someones leg. This is a serious matter and someone needs to investgate these people because they are ruining a good peoples accounts and much more with this mess. Why would I even want a credit card that I can only use on-line. If I wanted another credit card it would be one that I can use anywhere....
