My husband went online to help our family through very hard Economic struggles trying to find a payday or bad credit loan. This company posed as a lender, turns out its some kind of ordering company. I noticed the $99.95 had tried to be taken out one time before and I had no funds for that.  Today they GOT IT! :( I never knew about their first attempt until today also... I called our bank which got the company on 3 way call, After several attempts, and button pressing an EXTREMELY rude Vernette, I was told that was her name, told me straight up and down I would never see my money back.. I had to ask 11 times what kind of company they were then my bank DEMANDED an answer, Vernette replied  this is an online purchasing co. You were on a free trial  then since you did not cancel your subscription through a NONEXISTANT email I was supposed to have recieved..  I told the woman I wanted the owner put on the phone She said verbatum "NO" , I am a supervisor, I then asked for the owners name she again told me "NO", I raised my voice dramatically and told her I know the law I WANT THE OWNERS NAME which she finally replied,"Phyllis Brooklyn"...   How can this have been allowed to go on for years with this Co.. ???

IF I CANT GET MY MONEY BACK WHERES MY CREDIT CARD I SUPPOSIDLY PURCHASED  SO I CAN TAKE MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!
