The original author is 100% correct in his description of this company. This company is behind the thousands of robo telemarketing calls made everyday from "Tom with Home Protection". On a daily basis they violate FTC marketing laws.
Here's where the lies start in Andy's reply.
I am the owner of Maximum Security alarm - TRUE
THIS REPORT is obviously written by an ex employee that is upset because HE is no longer Working for the company and is disgruntled. I want to point out the person references in the report to (owners flunky dad) and the naming of managers names by full name. Onbviously only An employee who had personal interaction with these people could name them as they have - FALSE - The employees names listed in the original authors report are all accessible on the web and the "Managers" listed are all partners in the corporation on it's CA and TX business licenses.
My company only employs licensed technitians and sales reps in the states that require alarm licensing, or other regulatory licenses. Any one that is hired in a state that requires such cannot work until their license is approved unless that state allows for a grace period. We are in full compliance with all laws and regulations in each state that we do business in. - FALSE - A simple check of the California and Texas databases that keep track of alarm installation companies and their employees shows ONLY the officers listed in California as being licensed. In Texas, they are not licensed to sell or install alarms yet I get 10 marketing calls a day from them when my number is on the DoNotCall.gov list.
I want to state again My Company is a honest legitimate hardworking Family run business. We started this business almost 8 years ago and have grown to employ over 200 US americans nationwide. - FALSE - They employ 8-10 in California and possible 1 in Texas as far as we can tell, far from the more than 200 they state. Question, isn't "US americans" redundant?
I seriously doubt the original author was/is an ex employee. He is likely on of the thousands of REAL Americans trying to end this companies illegal practices. If you are being harrassed by them as well, report them to your state Attourney General, and file a report with the FTC.gov. The accusations here are completely ridiculous and absolutely unfounded, and have no merit.
My company only employs licensed technitians and sales reps in the states that require alarm
licensing, or other regulatory licenses. Any one that is hired in a state that requires such
cannot work until their license is approved unless that state allows for a grace period. We are
in full compliance with all laws and regulations in each state that we do business in.
I want to state again My Company is a honest legitimate hardworking Family run business. We
started this business almost 8 years ago and have grown to employ over 200 US americans
nationwide. We only provided jobs for hardworking americans, and provide excellent service to
over 35000 us consumers nationwide since we have started the company. We are not a bad
company we are one of the most respected and reputable alarm dealers in the country
PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE the words of a disgruntled employee. Believe the words of one of the
