Complaint Review: maximum tax service

I asked them first for an estimate on how much to do my taxes. They couldn't give me one. They said it shouldn't be too much, so I went ahead with getting the taxes dine there. I explained I did have much money... I'm on a very, very tight budget...they said they'd take care of me. When it was all said and done I was told it would be $400. I said I didn't have that much and I will go elsewhere. They said it's done and I owe them. They also said I had to pay now...all I had on me was $20. The guy called his "boss" and he said we can go down to $150 and I still had to pay now. Like I said all I had was $20...they eventually took it and I still owe the either $130 or $380 depending on if they keep their word. I will not be used g these scam artists again. I will not recommend this company to anyone!! Stay away, find someone else to do your taxes. I learned a lesson I won't soon forget.
