There is an insidious snitch culture at Maximus California Health Care options (CAHCO). HR Special assistance Ruby Williams uses deranged workers as snitches supervised by other recent promoted snitches at the call center.
They invade your privacy and gather information about potential whistle-blowers, while manufacturing hate and oppression behind the scenes. Employees private and confidential information Ruby Williams collect is then disseminated to other employees in retaliation for speaking up. Those employees are told to blacklist, obstruct justice, and use undue influence and intimidation to harm the targeted whistle-blower or to harm certain minorities.
That is called abuse of power: it is also about social engineering. Maximus Inc HCO leadership Benjamin Coss and Ferdinand Morales are extremely dishonest and they have ulterior motives that are very evil and destructive especially to those who refused to be part of the clique created by Ruby Williams and call center supervisors Bridgett Robinson Michael Kincheloe Anaya and Crystal Cantu.
Maximus Inc. is a corporate cult "Corporate cults are like dysfunctional families in which there are no boundaries between the individual member and the family. The family is the individual. It is a means of depersonalizing the member or stripping him or her of the inner self and producing a forced submission to the group."
Workplace mobbing is common and the order of the day at HCO. It involves the use of manipulation techniques and group-think to harm an individual: "Mobbing is used to force someone to adapt to a group norm, revel in animosity, gain pleasure out of boredom, and to reinforce prejudices."
Mobbing behaviors at HCO includes: "No help, promises are made and not kept, no eye contact is made with you, contact is minimized or avoided with you, you are ignored, gestures that signal humiliation, talking behind your back, communication via email that should be discussed face-to-face, having your work checked by someone unqualified to do so, policies changed or not followed, mixed messages, you are made to look inconsistent, you are set up, those supportive of you are discredited, an environment of paranoia is created, giving you tasks that you have not been adequately prepared to assume, and attacks on your private life."

The presence of a snitch is a good indication of a dysfunctional workplace and an incompetent boss. Sometimes the best way is to get a new boss in there and hope they'll be the kind who can see through the snitch - but often the next boss will be no better and either picks up another snitch or use the same snitch.
I find it really funny how HCO call center supervisor Bridgett Robinson will make herself seem to her new boss Remington Paul to be extremely loyal, the biggest kiss-up he could want, but the day a new boss shows up, there's that same kiss-up kissing up to the new one. The snitch is never in it for the boss, she is in it totally for Bridgett and it's the boss's poor ego that makes him believe these people are in any way loyal.
