Maxine Cohen Lando has been ripping-off the child support of a minor since 2001 Internet
On february 2001, pursuant Child Support Florida Guidelines, the Miami Family Court judge Cohen Lando, ordered the Non Custodial Father, to not pay child support to his 4 year old Child, ever.
This family court order proved to be a fraud. The fraud is being coverd up by the same judicial system, and its adjacent handlers. Said child support rip-off already amounts to a substantial figure.
To this date, the Mother of the Child, is still fighting for her child's legal rights and privileges, that are being abused and violated by said family court, to no avail.
Denouncing the facts to the public eye has fired a long list of deterring manipulative tactics by the legal authorities in charge. Reason why this situation is now brought to Rip-off Report for help and to encourage similar ones come to the open.

The Florida Bar way to rip off people is done by means of the use of a strawman, which in fact can be each and every unscrupulous Florida Bar Member lawyer/attorney. i.e.: Brian R. Hersh, the one previously denounced of abusing and violating a child’s legal rights and privileges, by blatantly lying on a divorce contract by inventing a Florida Guidelines Child Support that does not exist and/or has ever existed, and which was supported by the abetting family court judge Maxine Cohen Lando, who signed, approved and ordered said elaborated scam, concocted, prepared and fabricated by the aforementioned Brian R. Hersh, and Jeffrey A. Rynor, and coached by the father of the child.
The U$15,000.00, that Brian R. Hersh charged, were partially used to pay for his Florida Bar Membership. As per Brian R. Hersh’s own words, being a lawyer “is his way of living”, therefore, it can easily be derived, that his Florida Bar Membership comes out from said income.
The Florida Bar gets paid Brian R. Hersh’s membership out of Brian R. Hersh’s income, which is generated by what Brian R. Hersh’s charges his clients.
When Brian R. Hersh, counseled his client to sign the above mentioned elaborated scam assuring her it was the Florida Law, and which, as stated in the above paragraph, was signed, approved and ordered by the Miami Dade Florida Family Court Judge; and for this, Brain R. Hersh, got paid what he charged: $15,000.00; in plain English, it is a blatant rip off.
A must add rip off to Brian R. Hersh’s fees are the expenses caused by the many times Brian Hersh’s client was summoned to the torture chambers of the opposing lawyer, Jeffrey A. Rynor’s office building, where she was put through the worst verbal abuse, bullying, harassment, manipulation, intimidation and threatened to have her child being taken away from her if she did not sign the divorce contract. This paragraph is included to illustrate the many ways clients, looking to be fairly represented, get ripped off by lawyers of this kind.
Thirteen years have passed being manipulated by most of the many government appointed authorities in charge of children affairs by providing the victim of this rip off, misleading information and misleading indications to follow, in order to cover up the court approved, signed and ordered elaborated scam, presented by the lawyers.
In order to close circle, a complaint report on Brian R. Hersh, was submitted to the Florida Bar. The Florida Bar, protecting his loyal member: Brian R. Hersh, issued a letter closing the case opened to review the complaint.
Shanell M. Schuyler, Director of Intake ACAP, wrote: “……as director of ACAP….conclude that the decision to close the file was appropriate. The record clearly shows that Mr. Hersh represented you well over ten years ago….”
To the Florida Bar, a Florida Bar Member lawyer using a false statute in a written divorce contract presented and filed into court, assuring it is the Florida Law, to leave an infant without child support: “…clearly shows that Mr. Hersh represented well…..”’ Shanell M. Schuyler, Director of Intake ACAP, has been notified in writing, that her action is being publicly denounced.
