They refused to sell me a product and wouldn't ship it!

I called Victor at Maxline to ask for price and availability of two clamps, one pin, and a side support for my stringing machine Hawk 40.

After reading some reports on the better business bureau's site, I dediced not to order the clamps as there have been others who have experienced problems with thier poor quality. I clearly stated the reason for not ordering the clamps in an e-mail order request for the side support.

It seems they were mad about me pointing out that they had negative marks for product quality on the BBB's page and now are refusing to send me the part I ordered.

Here is the e-mail

To which I responded:

I am truly amazed at your company's ignorance. Not only have you lost the business of selling me the clamps (you sell low quality clamps), you've also opted not to sell me the support, and now, you're going to get another very negative complaint filed
with the better business bureau. On top of this, your response email showing your poor customer service will be posted on at least 7 tennis/stringing sites of which I am a member and I'll be sure to refer my customers away from your company.

So to total YOUR losses, $34 for clamps, $5 for pin, and $5 for support....that's $44 you've just lost. Not to mention the HUNDREDS you will lose as a result of this being posted on other sites. GREAT JOB!

And to think instead of losing hundreds, you could have just shipped the support and made your $5. Keep up the good work.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! Help me and other mad consumers run them out of business!
