Maxwell Power Took my money, did not deliver program, won't respond to calls. Wilmington Delaware

November 28, 2017: purchased 2018 version of WhiteSmoke "web and mobile" for $80.00. Company took the money, but did not send either the program or a registration code. So, I got nothing for my money. Called company's phone number, got recorded message that they were "busy"; left my email address and my phone number. No response. November 29, 2017. Still no response. Called company again, LMTC. Again, no response. NOTE: WhiteSmoke has corporate headquarters in Israel, beyond US jurisdiction. US address is a "Suite" in Wilmington, Delaware...not likely to house a technical support staff. CONCLUSION: Avoid this company. Even if they were to respond now, which i no longer expect, I don't trust them. Their so-called "technical support" is non-existent. I doubt that i will get my money back.
