Complaint Review: Maxwell Turner & Associates

Maxwell, Turner & Associates/Cole, Flannigan & Associates/Powell, Burkes & Associates/Case Forwarder, Inc/Bradley, Stein & Locker are all the same company. I own a plumbing company and ALL of these supposed collection agencies contacted me within weeks of each other and told me the same lies. They are scammers. They passed my contact info to one another I guess to try to get credit over and over for the same account. One of the idiots named Samuel even told me that Larry West sold my account to him, not to say anything, that I just needed to sign his contract. I made the mistake of sending $600.

The next thing I know three different agencies were calling me telling me to fax them the check!!! How does that happen?? They must all be trying to steal from each other.  As soon as I told Maxwell Turner my checking information over the phone, somebody was calling from Bradley, Stein and Locker to get me to fax it to them. Then someone else called minutes later demanding I fax it to yet another 510 area code!They all sound like they just got out of prison. In fact, I contacted the DA's office and they told me that everyone of them has a prison record and there's warrants out for them. Beware if your going to send them a debtor account, they might just scare them to death into paying. Don't give them any payment information they will probably sell it.
