This is a ripoff website. When I ordered a wig from their website that I was directed through Shop.com, I was not advised that the return policy was different than what was on the website. I was given this information after I attempted to contact this vendor by phone and by e-mail. The addresses that I was directed to were not operational. When I tried to call, the phone number was also not working. The invoice with the wig had the same phone number.
Once I was able to get through to a customer service rep via e-mail, her response was to direct me to a disclaimer that was at a different website that states that all wigs were sold "as is". No returns or exchanges. When I responded, I didn't get a return e-mail. The phone numbers do not even ring. Don't shop here!!! Use WilshireWigs.com. They accept returns and exchanges.

Due to the personal nature of hair products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please choose your color and style selections carefully, all sales are final. In the rare case that you recieve an item with verifiable manufacturing fault, it may be returned within 5 days of receipt for a replacement of the exact same item only.
It is plainly stated on their website, and no offense to the competitor that for some reason Rip Off Report allowed you to include in your report, but who would ever want a returned wig that someone had been wearing?
