May Bingham of Bingham emporium in Humble Texas ripped me off!! I rented a space in her store to sell my crafts and I signed a contract to sell and pay her $75.00 a month plus 10% of sales. Well she sold something of mine and gave the customer 10% off the item without my consent. I asked her to take it out of the 10% commission of hers because she gave the 10%off without my consent and she refused. She told me I had to give 30 notice to leave my booth or loose my $75.00 deposit. This is not in my contract so she got an extra month. I only have a month to month lease. No notice is required. Another way of ripping off the vendors. She also takes a percentage of each charge and each check that is paying for your merchandise. This also is not in the contract. She is ripping off the vendors. I do not recommend her establishment to anyone trying to make a buck.
