MY WASHER WAS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD, SO I PURCHASES AN EXTENTED WARRANTY FROM MAY TAG ON 10/31/12 800 688-9900 THEY REFERRED ME TO FIELDS APPLIANCE SERVICES.....THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT AND WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT, NEEDED TO ORDER SOME PARTS, THE PARTS CAME TO MY ADDRESS AND WAITED FOR WEEK  FOR SCREWS TO COME IN....WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO FIX IT AGAIN, THEY DISCOVERED THAT THEY WAS UNABLE TO FIX IT PERIOD THEY WANT' TO REFUND ME MY MONEY 10-14 DAYS LATER, WHEN A APPLICANCE IS UNABLE TO BE FIX, THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO REPLACE IT THAT'S WHY PEOPLE GET WARRANTY, TO PROTECT THEIR APPLIANCES.
