This company rents small Ryder trucks instead of utilizing their own 18 wheelers for long distance moves. This allows them to avoid weigh stations and highway fees and taxes by not appearing to be commercial movers.

The day they picked up stuff at my house, the truck had a destroyed tire that put them off for 2 hours waiting on repair. The truck was already 3/4 full and they couldn't fit all my stuff in one load so it took them 11 hours to do it all and commute to the weigh station (intitial one for billing) and then to offload at a storage, then return to the house for more.

They force their driver to work alone, meaning, upon delivery at the destination, one man is expected to unload all household furniture and goods by himself. Otherwise, the customer pitches in. I called to demand a helper for him and the dispatcher later called the driver threatening to fire him if he couldn't do the job alone.

The dispatcher was rude and yelled at me and interrupted me when I tried to complain about the service. The driver showed up without any official paperwork, avoided weigh stations from Florida to Missouri, and showed that this is basically a cash only run business.

I'm reporting to the BBB and OSHA.
