Please if anyone reads this ripoff report, do not use Mayo Duca for any buiding needs, he is a desperate con-artist and will ask for a deposit and never show or call. He is a fraud and extremely desperate at this point, as I somewhat know this man and he took a $1000 deposit from me and never did any work. He would answer the phone the first 2 times I called him and told me he was running behind and would be out in two weeks... Another two weeks went by, and yet another two weeks went by.. now he just does not answer the phone anymore. A simple google search of Mayo Duca or Shellback cottages, shows that this is not the first time he has done this, infact multiple people are either suing him or trying to recover thier losses.
I repeat- do not hire or trust this man! Do your research before hiring anyone.. His name is Mayo Duca,his "old company" was Shellback Cottages ( no website anymore) and his number is 508-833-1000. Do not do business with this man.
