We would certainly like to know why NYC Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly, NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg and New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo allows NYC Criminals such as Mary Prantil of Astoria New York 11106 to use the NYC court system against itself while committing even more crimes against innocent others, while awaiting her nine criminal court cases over the last four years.

Yes, that's right, I said Mary Prantil has been using the New York Court System against itself for four years plus via utilizing the Public Defenders Office to fight off the very nine criminal charges the state of New York brought against her roughly four years ago.

To add insult and injury to most hard working New Yorkers, or New York Tax Payers, Mary Prantil has launched several frivolous lawsuits towards New York businesses including NYC city hall itself while using both private attorneys and Legal Aid to do it. 

Of course, it appears that Prantil was taking some sort of retaliatory action against the city that she so often times proclaims to love simply because, the State of New York had previously charged her with the nine criminal charges we spoke of previously and currently show in the immediate paragraph below.

The charges that are currently pending against Mary Prantil are as follows: Aggravated Harassment
2:communicate/alarm, Aggravated Harassment-2nd: telephone, Stalking  3rd degree, Resisting Arrest, Aggravated Harassment-2nd degree:communicate/alarm second party, Aggravated Harassment-2nd:telephone third party, Criminal Contempt-2nd:disobey Court, Aggravated Harassment-2nd Degree, and on and on with the other various criminal counts she's racked up as a result of harassing four or five others there in NYC.

Ok, with all the formalities and citing aside to prover what were saying here I'd like to continue my questioning to the New York Officials in question in why, do they allow a person likened to Mary Prantil to remain free while she scams on-line and land based businesses through Pay Pal in receiving services and products from these businesses and then charging back on them.

Why is a person with a long 10 year record in California who was incidentally ran out of the state there as a result of her unlawful activities whom further now lives in Astoria New York, allowed to carry out her same criminal bullshit allowed to remain free to harass folks between her stays in Rikers Island?

Why does the state of New York allow A two bit criminal like Mary Prantil to abuse the law enforcement and legal system without much in the way of legal retribution? Prantil, is clearly a person that needs to be fully prosecuted for the crimes that the state of New York has brought against her without further adieu, agreed?

For five years this idiot has attempted to make her name synonymous with ours in her efforts to push her criminal and otherwise petty pursuits and now, were tired of it and plan to make her name synonymous with the Offices that should be taking care of their criminal element, to which is you. In other words New York, please clean up your trash.

Mary Prantil has been harassing, lying and extorting against several people and businesses over the Internet and land for the last five years that I know of, while attempting to use Pay Pal and the Report Forums such as this one in a attempt to ruin, or destroy many honest lives and businesses from New York, California to Florida, as the
records reflect. 

She has total and flagrant disregard for the law whom feels that she is above that very same law as can be seen as she post trash and further harasses others in-between her court hearings to which, she's been granted NUMERIOUS continuances over a four year period. 

Mary Prantil is making a laughingstock out of the New York Justice System and this doesn't speak well for the NYC Leadership. I am personally going to paper the Internet with this post until something is done with this 95 pound career criminal until she is where she belongs, IN JAIL.

Prantil is a absolute MENACE to society and I would urge you to run a criminal check on this person and get fully briefed with her case there in New York to see the abuses that are currently taking places by herself and further, to view some of her activities on, and off the Internet.

Mary Prantil of Astoria New York, is not practicing freedom of speech, or just voicing her opinion, nor does she have any legitimate complaints, but only seeks to carry out her thievery against companies that are all ready undergoing a harsh economic times.

How does she do it? via charging these same companies in question with false crimes over and over again for years on end, in a effort to destroy, or greatly impede that companies revenue. Now, what is it about Mary Prantil that you don't understand?

Mary Prantil is not a law abiding citizen, she rips off businesses, she launches liable campaigns between her court dates and commits fraud through services like Pay Pal and lastly, she's been a major problem to the state of New York for the last ten years according to the NYPD themselves.

Again New York Officials, CLEAN UP YOUR TRASH by putting Mary Prantil IN JAIL so honest businesses can resume generating taxes for your state, and the rest of us can get on in life to do our own thing. SEND THIS
FREAK BACK TO RIKERS ISLAND where she can be with her own kind once more, AND KEEP HER THERE. Remember, this freak job could have chosen you or your family just as easily, but just happened to choose us
instead this time round.
