Mayor Troiano, employees of the city of Wildwood working in the same building as you are robbing us, the taxpayers, blind. If you are not doing anything about it, then you are complicit. When I wanted to list a couple of properties for sale in Wildwood, your building inspector John Davis told me in the City Hall of Wildwood that if I did not list my properties for sale with him, he would cite them with so many violations, that they would be impossible to sell. He made good on his threat. As crazy as it sounds, your building inspector John Davis also works for Dan Higman, broker of Weichert Realtors Coastal, as a realtor!!!

John Davis and Dan Higman are now in possession of my property, collecting kickbacks, stealing the rents, and are forging my name to write thousands of dollars worth of checks fraudulently! John T. Davis and Dan Higman have allowed the property to fall into unlivable standards. I had to take it upon myself to call the Wildwood Fire Dept. and do a walk-through of the building with the fire inspector present. As a result, dozens of violations were written out to Weichert Realtors Coastal. Your city inspector John Davis, in collusion with employees working out of Wildwood City Hall that stay silent, have robbed me of tens of thousands of dollars.

Mayor Troiano, put the people of Wildwood first, and those running a criminal enterprise out of city hall under the guise of being legitimate inspectors should be fired immediately and then prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
