On Wednesday, May 18th walked into the dealership and test drove their 2019 Mazda 6 Touring. After the test drive, spoke to the sales rep that there seeems to be some wheelbearing and/or alignment issue with the car, but as long as it's fixed - i can buy the car.

The sales rep escorted me inside the dealership and took me to his sales manager, who said "you can begin all the finance/credit paperwork while i get the car fixed." By the time i finished the paperwork in about 90-minutes - they handed me the key and said all is good. I drove off and realized mile or two later that the issue is still there - i texted the sales rep who instructed me to bring the car back as they are closing now and the service technicians will make the repairs the next day.

First of all, the fact that they lied to me and said all is repaired is wrong, and is a fraud. Secondly, after waiting all day to hear back from them, i got a strange text from the sales rep saying the technician found a "problem" so car will be ready by Monday afternoon. I immediately called the sales rep who said he doesn't know what's wrong but sometning is wrong, and on top of that - when i said fine get me a loaner the response was "we don't have any."

I asked to speak to that manager who rushed and sold me the car, Kevin; who got on the phone - felt nothing wrong with what happened in this entire transacation, in fact had so much attitude on the phone and when i refused to talkt to him and asked for the GM or someone else, he responded "he is the GM and he is the owner."

Basically after spending close to 28k for the car, buying wheel/tire warranty and the bumper to bumper warranty - the dealership treated me like trash, and were not one bit apologetic or willing to go above and beyond in working things out.
