I am so frustrated and upset right now - we (my husband and I) have filed complaints with our bank, New Dominion, Better Business Bureau, State of NC Bank Commission, etc. Our bank investigated the withdrawals from Mazumah and was very upset by this company, they have literally been playing with our bank account. But what really upset US is the fact that New Dominion Bank is 100% behind Mazumah with support - AND will not help and the NC Bank Commission is 100% behind New Dominion. This is the worst case of fraud!!!

Mazumah sent a letter to these companies stating that my husband authorized this withdrawal and basically - he must be doing things behind my back!!! They have all his information, IP address, birth place, etc. And they told both the NC and New Dominion that the information they have is proof he okayed this!!!! Do you believe this Bull??? Plus the information they provided isn't even correct, but New Dominion and the State of NC believed them over us!!! Basically saying I am an irrate wife!!! If there is anything anyone can do - please help!!!

I can't help but wonder HOW Mazumah is getting away with this!! This is not a reputable company, their phones are disconnected, their website is down and the only way the banks can contact them is through the mail. That was a huge red flag to our bank. So why is New Dominion not concerned? They are making the withdrawals for a company and then receiving complaints. What kind of bank are they? They would know who the owner of Mazumah is, and they should be required to have verbal or written confirmation before making a withdrawal from someone's bank account. I just don't get it!!
