A sales rep came eto my place of business that I just opened and told me that they could provide me with the best rates on their credit card processing.  New to this I believed him.     He told me that I would use his equipment at no charge and if I ever found a better deal they would match or beat it.  If they didn't, then I had the option of cancelling the contract.  Well about 2 months later I get a charge for their services and a charge for MBF Leasing for equipment.  I called the number given and no one knew what was going on and they said that they would have the manager call me back.  No Phone call, I called again, but before I did I filed a dispute with my bank.  After checking the bank reversed the charges.  Well next month it happened again.  I called the  bank again and again they reversed the charges and this time put a block on my account from being chared again by MBF Leasing.  I finally got to speak with the owner of EVO Merchant Services and he told me was sorry the rep did not tell me there was a monthly fee and that they would contact MBF Leasing and take over the contract.

Well, next I get a letter from MBF leasing demanding full payment for the equipment.    I then called my SAMS Club and got a better deal than I was paying and I called EVO Merchant Services to tell them the rate I was getting and they could not or would not match it.  I sent a certified letter stating that I was invoking my right to cancel all contracts with them and I even sent the equipment certified.    The equipment was sent back to me refused, but they did cancel their monthly charges for transactions.   I called about the equipment and they told me that there was a seperate contract with MBF Leasing and it was a non-cancellable contract.  I told them I never signed a contract for equipment.  They sent be a copy of the contract which the signature looked to be copied or forged.  Looked like erasures where the signature was.  I called MBF leasing and they refuse to honor anything told to me by EVO Merchant Services.  I never even knew they existed until I started getting drafted from my checking account.   I continue to get threating letters from them and they have reported it on my credit as a chargeoff.  The credit bureau says they have done what they can do, that I need to work it out with the company.  If anyone knows of an attorney that is handling a lawsuit against this company please let me know.  This is a total RIP OFF and I tell everyone who not to use.

PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

GET TOGETHER ALL DOCUMENTS, WHICH YOU FEEL WERE SIGNED BY YOU.
COMPARE THE SIGNATURES AGAINST THE ONE THAT MBF LEASING HAS ON FILE.
I'LL BETCHA' THAT YOU'LL FIND TWO SIGNATURES THAT MATCH PRECISELY, 'WHICH IS A PHYSICAL IMPOSSIBILITY'. THIS PROVES THAT ONE OF YOUR SIGNATURES WAS FORGED AT A LATER TIME, ONTO MBF LEASING'S APPLICATION. I KNOW THIS, BECAUSE I'VE SEEN IT HAPPEN REGULARLY, AT THE CHARLOTTE NC OFFICE.
EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT KNOWS OF THIS PRACTICE.

First off, I want to say I am sorry for what you are going through. Unfortunately in my industry, sales tactics such as these exist more often than is reported. Second, I promise you that you did not speak to the owner of EVO Merchant Services. Someone has not given you the proper pecking order in the chain of command. I have information on a current lawsuit against the people in which you seek. I promise you it is not EVO Merchant Services. Here is my phone# (440) 344-6986. If you are interested in taking things further, it would be wise to call.
