Please help me from the nightmare of fraudulent billing and lease agreement by Merchant Services and mostly MBF leasing!!

Back in Jan. '06 I had a represenative from a company by the name of Merchant Services. They came in during business hours which I asked asked them not to due to we get really busy. The sales rep laid out the sales pitch for me on how they could save my business alot of money.

I only had 3 concerns. One was; is their company connected with my bank for deposit purposes. They responded with a yes.Secondly were their any hidden fees or charges? and his response was "no".Third question was the equipment any more expensive than what I was already paying? It came out that I was paying 48$ a month and theirs was 56$ but in the long run I would be saving tons a money a month on debit card sales.

After all that was said it sounded legit.I signed a few boxes and they were off. A couple of days later the merchant machine arrived and we set it up.The very next day nothing was deposited into our account. So I immediately called Merchant Services and another employee told me that it takes 2 to 3 business days for deposits to be made.Which I was told they would be made the very next day(very crucial to my business).

I freaked out and told the lady that the sales rep told me something completely different.I said that I immediately was to cancel my lease and she said I had to pay 300$ to end my contract.I did so just to end the situation.

But it was just about to begin.By the beginning of Feb (two weeks later)another 300+ dollars was taken out of my account. So I called the lady back and she told me that I now am locked in a lease agreement with a third paty called MBF leasing. This was never revealed to me at any point.I went to look at my lease agreement to realize I never was given a copy.So I asked them to fax me one and whe it arrived my monthly amount was now 156$ a month(even though they actually had taken out 178$ amonth thereafter).

Now I'm furious because not only did the initial company I signed up with deceive me but a another company has me locked into a non-cancellation lease agreement.

MBF calls me constantly sends me inconsistent bills with various amounts threatening me legally with court.I need help in a big way and would love to know what my rights are and how can something be done.I can't afford to hire a lawyer to fight this unless others are involved. At this point they have taken about $1500 from me for a machine I used one day.
