I, too, am a victim of MBF Leasing LLC. Verbally I was told nothing about a 48-month contract. Only after talking with the representative and then receiving my paperwork much later were the actual terms revealed in the agreement. Then, when I contacted them, they offered no reconciliation, no recourse, nothing. They refused to let me return the Hypercom machine, they refused to stop debiting my bank account, and they refused to confess to lying about the lease agreement. So... now I have a CC terminal which is basically sitting in its box collecting dust. They are absolutely the worst leasing company that I have ever dealt with. They lied about the way transations were to be processed. They refused to cancel the agreement when they were confronted about these issues. I, too, would like to obtain more information regarding the Class Action Lawsuit regarding this firm.

I have also already filed a complaint with the FTC as of today.

i have also been rip off and harass, needing to know what good is the machine now, and how is this going to be handle,because they 're calling me for 2,000 and i only used the machine 1 time
