MBF Leasing /northern Leasing Lied to me, Didn't give me a contract for wk., taking Wash sales tax dont have a UBI# New York New York
MBF leasing came to my bussiness told me and my partner(at the time) it was a 2 yr. contract.My 2 yr. is just about up so i was going to stop it they said i could't do that it was 4 yr.that was one lie.I wonted out of the contract 3 day after i signed.I new i was beeing scamed.They take sales tax out of every payment but dont have no ubi(wash. sales tax number) All they told me was their Federal #Whichis 1333628201 is one they gave me 2 the other one is 32-362820. their collecting sales tax and not giving it to Wash. State.I only signed 1 page then all thes contract came.We didn't have the right to read them first . These people need to be delt with iron fist that's how there dealing with us. I feel intimidated by them. They also said there is noting I could do about It. Please help me some body I am a very small bussiness and can't aford this THANK YOU

am the owner/operator of Wiser Lake Salon, I was taken advantage of by MBF Leasing Co. I just want every one to know that I fought with this company for almost 2 yr. I turned them into the Attorney General in New York and Washington State,I also turned them into Dept of Revenu, because they were taking Wash. State Tax and not giving them to Wash. State. They dont have a UBI # (witch is their tax #)for the state. What i wont every one to know that because I caused them so much trouble they let me out of my lease. They didn't take any responisblety for any thing. I signed a 2 yr. lease witch became 4 yr. after i already signed.My phone # is ((redacted))). Be diligent dont give up each steap causes them more griff and hardship. They deserve evey thing they get. Than You Margie ****
