Complaint Review: MBF Leasing - Northern Leasing - Merchant Services

MBF, Northern Leasing along with Merchant services continue to amaze me with their scare tactics. I had reported earlier that they call me at least 12 times per day to harass me about the lease that I signed. They never ackowledge the fact that I was lied to and told that I "had to" get this terminal. They don't bother to tell you that you can buy the same Verifone Pin Pad 1000 on Ebay for under $25 and have your back or Verifone program it for you.


I would have never ever bought a terminal for over $2,300 on a 48 month lease. $48 a month for 4 years! These people are outright sick individuals who need to be stopped. Everytime I call them, all they say is "did you sign a contract" "can you read"

I have been trying to contact merchants who have been fleeced by these crooks. Anyone who has information, can contact me. What I have been doing is calling them at their so called customer service number. The supervisors name is Alba Puralis and her number is 888.275.3251 Ext 8401.


This is the rudest of rude scum that I have ever dealt with. Please contact the Attorney General of New York at (((ROR Redacted phone number))). I have also filed a complaint with the FTC, FCC, and every other person who will care to listen. Lets stop these scum now. I encourage everyone who has had a problem with them to call their number at 888.275.3251 and give them back what they have been dishing out. Again Please call their customer service at 888.275.3251.
