Marty Upfall is a complete con man. He calls on jewelry adds placed on Craigslist, and then steals the jewelry without paying. He is a month talker, and sounds very convincing when he offers to pay you more than others offer. He uses I other seemingly legitimate locations/ storefronts as appraisers in his absence to appear legitimate. He will deposit money into your bank account usingbbad checks. You end up with nothing. He doesn't return calls or texts. His rebuttals in this forum are absolute lies. He is a criminal and a liar. I know karma will catch up with him, but not fast enough.
