I ordered a trial sample of acaia-slim diet pills. I was instructed to give the usual information-name, address, credit card#. When I clicked on "submit order" it indicated that my credit card would be charged $4.99 to cover the shipping & handling. There was not any information on the website about how to order more if needed, a phone number of the company or how to contact the company.

I tryed the product and found that it did nothing for me. I threw the remainder of the bottle away. After a month or so, another bottle arrived in the mail. I was certain that they had changed my credit card so I went back on the website to try to find a way to contact the company.

After a lengthy seach of the website, I found the word "terms" in very small letters at the very bottom of the page! Way past the "click here to submit"

After reading the terms, I was alarmed to find that they were going to send me bottle every month & change my credit card a whopping $79.95 plus shipping. In addition to that they also signed me up with a company by the name of Fit Factory that was going to be charging my credit card $19.95. Un believable. None of this information was noted anywhere on the website that any normal person could see.

I immediately called my credit card company only to find that not only had they charged me $79.95 for the second bottle but also for the first bottle that was supposed to be $4.99. I have filed a dispute.

I will never make this mistake again. I only hope that others do not fall victim to this company. They are very mis leading!
