MBM&F-ULTRA LEAN GREEN Ultra Lean Green Tea for $4.99. Not true!!! They make unauthorized charges, and unable to be contacted. Riverton Utah
I ordered a 14 day trial sample of Ultra Lean Green Tea for $6.99. The product came as expected, however there was no invoice or other paperwork other than the shipping lable attached to the package.In looking at my credit card statement they did not charge $6.99 but $69.87. I did not authorize this charge nor another product. I received another shipment of the product and immediately called E-Synergy/MBM&F/UltraLean to inquire why it was sent to me. This was difficult to locate the number and could only find the one for ordering. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and when someone finally answered and I mentioned the dispute they hung up on me. I then called back immediately and the recording states they are now closed. This is at 9 in the morning after calling and getting someone minutes before.
This is never brought to the consumers attention when ordering or upon receiving the product. In my dispute I could not even find informaton to call them. As of now I am unable to cancel anything as It is difficult to get through to them. A company that is clearly deceiving and I have reviewed many complaints online.
