Complaint Review: MBM Professional Air Duct Cleaning

I called MBM to make an appt to have only the air ducts cleaned for my mother. She is elderly and easily taken advantage of. They quoted me a price of $89.99 for an unlimited number of airducts plus $50.00 for the dryer vent. With tax the bill should have come out to $151.03. They tacked on an additional $535.27. On the bill they wrote across the side estimate for 9 insulation boxes: $450.00.

Mind you this is just an estimate which was not authorized by me & which is ludicrous in and of itself and then they tacked on another $85.27 for good measure what for it doesn't say. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charges. BEWARE of MBM!!!! They will take advantage of people. Service Magic refers them as well.
