MBNA America abused & mistreated, taken advantage of consumer & Liars Wilmington Delaware

This company has taken advantage of me by giving an unauthorized Increase to my credit line (set at a max of $400)Increased to $6000 to a user of the card (Specific to the application when the account was opened, notice this person didn't even have a signature on file at MBNA) not a coborrower! and allowed them to withdrawl 100% of the amount in cash. Wait!,

It gets even better...Then, After the cash had been withdrawn and MBNA collected their "processing fees" They suspended the account and called me four hours later and left a message on my home phone line. They didn't even bother to call my office. This situation occured between 9-5 on a weekday.

Most good credit worthy people work during the week. Never-the-less, They have blown me off in trying to get this situation resolved. many phone calls, lots of my time wasted on hold, they will not give me the name of the lawyer(s) that represent them in this kind of situation (this means there is more than just me dealing with this same situation) I have spoken to several lawyers here in New York City that say I have grounds for a lawsuit and a class action suit.
