On September 16, 2016, I placed an order for 50 books from Monique S. Hall, owner of MBP Publications and Book R Us. On September 18, 2016, I made the payment of $150.00 for the books and was told the books were being printed and would be sent to binding the following week. On September 20, 2016, I requested a shipment date for my order and was told I wold receive them on September 26, 2016. Since then Monique S. Hall, owner of MBP Publications and Books R Us has failed to print and ship my order. We have had several conversations over the course of this month and a half and to no avail I have not received anything other than lies. I have tried to obtain my order several times and have been told by Ms. Hall that the order was printed, shipped and would be arriving within the week (every week). However, shortly after these lies were told; Ms. Hall would then turn around and request I resend her my manuscript to be printed and/or my shipping address so she can once again ship them to me. This back and forth deception has carried on and when I confronted Ms. Hall several times, she has been combative on top of lying. We have corresponded at least 17 times since I placed my order about it being printed & shipped. I have requested my products and since I have not received them, I moved to request a refund due to Ms. Hall's poor customer service, poor business practices and her irresponsible handling of my products need for my business. Due to all of this, I have lost customers because I have been unable to produce a product. I am filing this complaint so other will not utilize her services and be taken advantage of themselves.
