We (Sylvester White & Elaine Coachman) were solicitied by Michael Hull at US Legal Services. He informed that us that NationStar Bank was one of the bank was one of the banks that was sited for Preditory Lending and that we where victims of this. They then transferred our case to MBS Litigation (Mitchell Tarder). His Senior Litigation Specialist (John Ellison) faxed, emailed and telephoned several times. We were told that in order to get the legal process going that we had to pay a retainer of $5,00.00 to be paid in 3 installments of $1,667.00 each month starting October 15, and on the 15th of each month after. Upon making the final payment in December we were informed that our Modification packet was being processed.  In January we received an email that Mitchell Tarder lost his license until April and the case will be picked back up then.

To date we have not heard anything from MBS Litigation Group. I made the effort of going to their office at 40 Wall Street only to find out that MBS Litigation just use this addres for mailing purposes.
