recieved email on Tomas Jefferson Herloom Tomatoes stated "you will receive specially pre-treated, hand planted special plant soil, up to 36 plants in a professional Nurseryman's starter pot" .recieved panting pots with soil in them covered with celifan wrap. ordered these were ordered in march, I recieved them the end of June. I have sent over a dozen e-mail and two letters before I recieved these. I have never got a reply these guys are true rippoffs for 19.90 you get seeds That are "hand planted in special plant soil, in a professional Nurseryman's starter pot" It never says seeds but that is what you get
