Complaint Review: MC Club Rings

I contacted MC Club Rings about having them design and produce a ring for my club. They sent me a digital image of the design and said that since it was such a small order, they would need to bill me ahead of time. They sent me an invoice for $1099.95. I paid the invoice on 7/5/17. They confirmed the money was recieved and said they would stay in touch with me through the process. The only contact they had with me was when I would try several avenues to contact them for an update. I was told it would be 12 weeks due to clients ahead of me. After that time passed I contacted them again and they said they were 3 weeks behind due to the Huricanes in Florida. It has now been over 6 months and they are no longer returning any calls or emails.
