Complaint Review: MC Club Rings

Designed and ordered 42 rings for Southern Dawgs MC here in Texas. Paid invoice for 42 rings on May 17, 2017 and invoices states 90 day turn around unless changes or issues arise. Have made contact with Alice and Robert, had long late night talk with Alice discussing issues she had and change to be made and verifying requests.....was told the rings were going to ship prior to memorial ride for founding member, promised I should receive before ride. Never received, asked for proof of production, after fourth or fifth request I finally received picture with assurance they were going through quality control and another coat of lacquer. Made contact again, promised they would ship prior to long ride to have P/VP meeting....still have not showed.....vendor removed messages on Messenger after mentioning I have a private lawyer looking in to their business, bank is also involved due to non-delivery of product, my personal bank card used for purchase.
