MC Wellness Rip Off, Bad Cannabis, Low Grade Herb Berkeley and Oakland California
If you are in the Bay Area - beware of this place. What a rip, and the owner is a complete jerk. Terrible medicine at inflated prices. Example: I ordered two top shelf ounces, which I had done before no problem. Unfortunately, one of the ounces delivered was budlets and trim. I contacted them and attempted to see if it was a mistake and they refused to replace the medicine or give me a refund. They even said it was a “trim technique” where they removed the tops of the best buds, which was laughable.
They were also very defensive and aggressive, ultimately "kicking me out" rather than dealing with the problem. I was made to feel VERY uncomfortable as patient, and I have been a customer for some time. Again, I was flexible and open to either a replacement or a refund.
Both were denied. When I mentioned wanting to complain, I was told I was threatening them. This was also the owner, so the business is run poorly from the top down and you will have no recourse with them. I ended up contacting the city who I am now working with. Beware.
