Complaint Review: McAfee Anti Virus

I am one of those fortunate people who have McAfee licensed Anti-virus software. What a joke. My PC was infected with a worm and when I tried to eradicate it with my McAfee program, it did not work.

I contacted McAfee customer service and they weren't even remotely helpful but they did ask me if I wanted to be transferred to the Virus Removal Team, at a cost of $89.95!!!!!! What a ripoff. I would not have agreed to purchase their software if I knew they do not stand behind it, but rather stand behind your behind when a virus gets past their "defenses."
